Freezing melons

Dry Pack:
Slices, balls, cubes - Pack in containers or freeze quickly on a tray then pack in containers.
 Use within 6 weeks.
Wet Pack:
Make a 30% syrup: 2 cups of sugar dissolved in 4 cups of cold water will yield 5 cups of 30% syrup. Each 570 ml of fruit will need approximately 1/2 to 2/3 cup of syrup to cover.
