Iroquois Melon

 Iroquois melon

Origin - USA. Developed in 1944.

Days to ripen - 98

Rind - Round, ribbed, netted, typical rockmelon.   Flesh -  thick, deep orange flesh.  Fruit weight A large melon 2-3 kg

Ripeness indicator - Turns a little yellow under the netting and slips.

My Notes:  Again the fruits are nothing like the weight that is shown on other websites. All mine are under one kg. Plants are averaging 2 or so fruits each but should do better if given better care.
