Melon Crush

·         1 small honeydew melon

·         1/4 tsp ground ginger

·         2/3 cup (150 ml) 1/4 yoghurt

·         ice cubes

·         carbonated mineral water

serves 4

1. Peel and deseed the melon.
2. Chop the flesh and place in a liquidiser together with the ginger and yoghurt.
3. Blend until very smooth.

4. Chill in the refrigerator.
5. Before serving add ice cubes and mineral water to taste.
